What it’s about
Burnout doesn’t always announce itself as a crisis. Often it’s quieter than that — a slow erosion of the person you used to be, disguised as productivity, as coping, as “fine.” This book is for the people in that quiet unraveling. The ones who look put-together on the outside and are running on fumes on the inside.
It draws on the same toolkit as everything else I make: faith that isn’t naive, neuroscience that isn’t intimidating, and honesty over toxic positivity. No five-step listicles, no Instagram-filter healing. Just what it actually takes to notice you’re burned out, tell the truth about it, and rebuild — one small, real step at a time.
